How am I charged?

Machines have a flat rate per month regardless if the machine is on or off. For the moment we offer the standard deal of 59.99 per week or 159.99 per month.

Where are the servers located?

All servers are hosted in in Romania in a professional grade datacenter. There are multiple 20 Gb uplinks available and data is stored on redundant drives.

How do I cancel my account?

Send us a cancellation request to fully cancel your account. You will not be billed from the next month on and until them you can download any data you want from your machines – all saved games, etc.

Stadia is cheaper. Why would I choose you?

Stadia locks you in. The same for any cloud gaming provider that does not give you access to the operating system. You can take your saved games from Auxilio at anytime. You can install any games you want. You run them on our infrastructure instead of buying the latest gaming PC just for you but your own yous games and can download your full data at any time.

Do you offer free trials?

We do not offer a free trial, but you can request a full refund if you’re experiencing technical issues. Our Support team will determine if you’re eligible for a refund. Upon approval, you’ll receive a refund within 5 – 10 business days.
