Description

ctfphaseflip : Corrects tilt series for microscope CTF by phase flipping
gputilttest : Test whether a GPU is reliable for computing reconstructions with the tilt program
3dmod : Model editing and image display program. 3dmod can display three- dimensional graphic data sets in many views simultaneously, can model these data sets, and can display models and graphic data in
3-D. The views include a slice through the
3D volume, a projection of a sub-volume and orthogonal views with contour overlays.
xyzproj : Project 3-dimensional data at a series of tilts around the X, Y, or Z axis.

Using a disposable Virtual Workstations for IMOD is the only way to be completely safe from ransomware when downloading any software from the internet. How am I charged?

The Virtual Machines have a flat rate per month regardless if the machine is on or off. For the moment we can offer a great deal for the A6000 cards, of 129.99 per week or 499.99 per month. Hourly billing is coming soon. Offer is subject to availability.

All our GPU servers are hosted in Germany and Romania in a professional grade data center. There are multiple 20 Gb up-links available and data is stored on redundant flash drives.

We do not offer a free trial, but you can request a full refund if you’re experiencing technical issues. You’ll receive a refund within 5 – 10 business days.

Send a cancellation request in your account to fully cancel the service. You will not be billed from the next month on and until them you can download any data you want from your machines – all saved games, etc.
