Tool will show that deep convolutional neural networks combined with nonlinear dimension reduction enable reconstructing biological processes based on raw image data
Tool will demonstrate this by reconstructing the cell cycle of Jurkat cells and disease progression in diabetic retinopathy. In further analysis of Jurkat cells
Tool will detect and separate a subpopulation of dead cells in an unsupervised manner and, in classifying discrete cell cycle stages
Tool will reach a sixfold reduction in error rate compared to a recent approach based on boosting on image features. In contrast to previous methods, deep learning based predictions are fast enough for on-the-fly analysis in an imaging flow cytometer

Using a disposable Virtual Workstations for deepflow is the only way to be completely safe from ransomware when downloading any software from the internet. To completely isolate your personal computer from the computer that is exposed to the risk of malware infections. This means downloading files that are potentially risky only on the Virtual Workstation and using them on that Workstation, instead of your personal computer - that can have important documents or personal files.

How am I charged?

The Virtual Machines have a flat rate per month regardless if the machine is on or off. For the moment we can offer a great deal for the A6000 cards, of 129.99 per week or 499.99 per month. Hourly billing is coming soon. Offer is subject to availability.

All our GPU servers are hosted in Germany and Romania in a professional grade data center. There are multiple 20 Gb up-links available and data is stored on redundant flash drives.

We do not offer a free trial, but you can request a full refund if you’re experiencing technical issues. You’ll receive a refund within 5 – 10 business days.

Send a cancellation request in your account to fully cancel the service. You will not be billed from the next month on and until them you can download any data you want from your machines – all saved games, etc.
